In case, you guys are interested, Tammi Terrell will be featured on TV One's 'Unsung'. I think it will be feature in either late September or early October. I'll keep you posted. BTW, 'It's so quiet in here'. Where is everybody?

Wow, I cannot wait to see this!! ---- Working Common- lately, I have been working 60 hours a week - no time to hang out with my DR Royal Palace Family. I am praying this will change in 2011. Employees need to hire again the ones that were left behind are working like a run away Slave (If this offend anyone, so damn what, I am tired)

Caraleigh, thanks for the heads up. Too bad I'm cable challenged. Hopefully, someone will be kind enough to put it up on youtube. Speaking of TV One, did anyone see the Teddy P. episode that aired last week?

Ruffin's reputation just got worse (almost impossible, but it did). Everyone officially hates him now. People are dissing him on twitter and I'm sure rolling their eyes everywhere else.
Hitting someone in the head with a motorcycle helmet is wrong, but you can't blame him for her death. You can't give someone cancer by hitting them. Bruises yes...concussion, yes...cancer? No!

People believe what they want to believe. Even after unsung you still have people saying that he hit her with a hammer...Tammi dated Marvin, and so on...things just don't register with some people.
And it seems like the episode almost tried to save David a bit by saying that they hit each other...but no one cares that she hit him...just that he hit her. Which is often the case when a man hits a woman.
Look...I admit that I'm a bit defensive of David. But it's wrong to blame him for her death. No one gets cancer from being hit. She had a pre-existing condition that he wasn't responsible for.

Good episode. A lot of what was said was in her sister Ludie's book, but I did enjoy watching it. Why in the world did they have to have O. in there doing his David bashing as always? He must have been truly jealous of the great Mr. Ruffin's talent. One thing I still wonder about.........did Val Simpson fill in for Tammi when she became too ill? Last night she said "NO". Other things I have read say "Yes". caraleigh

her story was so sad and she was such a pretty lady..it was cool hearing them play the masters with her just her voice and to see the pictures cause I never saw some of them until now. of course O was there to try to blame Ruffin..when he said she asked him to feel the back of her head what he might have felt was the knot from the tumor I guess..I'm not sure. he needed to just shut up seriously lol

Other things I have read say "Yes". caraleigh Caraleigh - It's gotten to a point as far as O is concern, it is pure jealousy. It's nothing else. Plus, the producers were lazy. The only claim that people like O have is that he was 'there'. That's it. It doesn't know whether he actually 'knew' her or not. Him and Ruff didn't 'hang' together so I fail to understand why he is always 'commenting' on David's personal life. Doesn't he have any business of his own? If he was so concern at the time about how Tammi was being treated by David, he should have stepped to Ruff and dealt with it. But it's easy for him to run his mouth waaaaaay after the fact. That's why I don't take him seriously anymore plus he's got a CD to sell. Surprise he didn't promote it while he was flappin his lips about David & Tammi's relationship. I personally believe that most of those songs were done by Valerie Simpson. Why she is denying this is beyond me. Perhaps, it has to do with keeping the 'image' and 'magic' of Tammi alive. Maybe she was channelling Tammi and gave her the credit instead. Whatever it is, I find it hard to believe that Marvin Gaye would 'lie' about something like that. I don't believe Tammi sang on most of those tracks on 'Easy'. There is one song on the 'You All I Need' LP, which was a re-make of Tammi's 'Come & See Me' , and clearly, you can hear Tammi's detoriation. You could tell it was an effort for her to sing. I don't know why Valerie nem are continuing the charade. It wouldn't nor does it change the fans' feelings about Tammi. I really don't get that.

Focus on his own 'relationships' (which is probably not that exciting which is why he's obsessed with Ruff's) and try to work on them. But he can't because he knows that the one of the reasons that people stay interested in his imitation group is because of him helping to sensationalize the lives of his dead groupmates. Pathetic man, indeed.
