It seems that if stale questions are allowed, then questions of current topics should be allowed, too. Point of correction: It's "I am angry WITH you...not AT." You don't use 'at' (in this context) when you are referring to a person. As long as you do not end a sentence with a preposition, it is fine. That is if there is no object in the sentence.
