Whatever it takes to expose the case to PPD. Let the media do it, so I say go for it! I want the truth. I want to know how he got heroin in his system. I want to know who (according to your post here) spent his, Eddie and Dennis's cash. And, go back and read, I said "vehicle" where is "your" name? If you keep answering and babling, it's gonna make me thinks bad things about you....

That's what I thought-back to business. I do wonder where everyone was between 11:15 pm when David was on the phone with his daughter and 2:55 am when he was taken to the HUOP ER? Approximately 3 hours and 40 minutes. I wonder if the alleged crack house owner was at the house when David was loaded into the limousine, and, later Saturday morning when the employee was sent to the house to "retrieve" the briefcase. Was the house owner and his croonies not "tempted " to look or take what was inside? As the house owner is quoted, why did he give back the $200 dollars David allegedly laid on his table, to the local hanger-on limo driver temp? If David used the drugs, did he get a refund for colasping?

"It lies flat amongst the scattered headstones; beyond, Detroit bustles with life. In this tranquil spot, it is distinguished from its neighbors. Even after eighteen years, its brightly polished slate shines like the star whose resting place it shelters. Although only fifty when he died, David Ruffin, like other singers whose lives where cut tragically short--Marvin Gaye and Sam Cook--stands as a twentieth century music icon. On the edge of a second chance of success, he was left to die in a Philadelphia hospital, alone. To many, David Ruffin remains a major character whose talents help build Motown. To others, he lost his way by both the spoils and mistrust of Motown. To his loved ones and friends, however, David Ruffin remains an unforgettable presence, a ghost whose talent, generous spirit and love cannot be erased by the passage of time…
(page 4)…The investigators of David Ruffin’s death made a number of mistakes which, from the beginning compromised the integrity of the case. First and foremost were the continual leaks made by various officials and friends from Philadelphia to members of the press, depriving the investigators of an important element in interrogating witnesses and potential suspects. The scene on the corner of Viola and 52nd Street, the house where an alleged crack dealer reported Ruffin smoked five vials of crack cocaine in twenty-five minutes, was not searched for forty-eight hours allowing potential evidence to be discarded…."
The above-mentioned is the property of Trish Stevens for the documentary Hurried Findings: the Death of David Ruffin (November 2002-current 2010). _________________ A work in progress.....
