Thanx BroMan...it's all a matter of respect. When the picture that's posted on this board was originally posted, it was in a yahoo club, meant to be shared among members. I don't think it was Poopie's intent to have her aunt's picture posted all over the internet. I don't see anything wrong with downloading it for your own personal use. I don't think people should go from board to board slapping pictures up that they have no idea of the history. After a while, if every board has the same pictures...every Tempt related board will look like every one out here. I don't know about anyone else...but I sure as hell don't want to wear the same dress as Molly to a party...no matter how pretty a dress it is...I have an identity of my own!

Fine, fine, fine I'll behave in a respectable manner and not lick the monitor whenever I see that captivating smile of EJK. Now on to the picture question, if one has a personal picture of any member of the C5 it is okay to share that picture. But if the picture was posted by someone else it is not okay to upload it to our board without the owner of the picture's permission? If you do upload a picture you should you site the source of the picture? I downloaded my avator from Google. Is it okay for me to use this picture? I know this picture is from the C5's appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show in which they performed a medley of their hits.  |

If you have a picture of the Classic 5, personal or not, it is ok to post the picture on this board. Many of us have the same pictures cuz we own the same photos, books, and music. If you see a personal picture, eg...that picture of Eddie and Poopie's aunt, you should not post it on this board unless you have asked Poopie's permission...that is stealing. If you go to a board and you like a pic, but you notice it is marked in some way, that usually means someone has their brand on it...not ok. If you have these same pictures, you are free to post them. Just down go around the web stealing shyt and slap it up here. I'm sorry to say, you did not get your avatar from 'google.' Google pointed you to a site where that picture is posted. Some don't mind, others do. Another thing...I notice some of you are stealing bandwidth. If your avatar or any other image is linked to where it is stored and that link is not where your images are stored...that is stealing bandwidth. You are as good as using your neighbor's electricity. Please get an image hosting site where you can have your own space.
