Board,,
I perused the cyber space and came across Paul's obituary. One little observation David sung at Paul's funeral. I was very surprise consider the voting castoff of David. His tempt brothers vote him out of the group but he came back to say goodbye to man that meant a lot to him.
Questions to the people who knew David on a personal level what was his attitude hearing about one of Paul’s death.

Paul Williams death hurt all the Tempts even O. Ruffn at one time did not believe Pauls death was a suicide. He seemed to think the way Paul was dressed made his death suspect. I never understood why. Strange thing is Ruffin was dressed similar to Paul when he was dropped off at the hospitial.

Both died in tropical shorts ... david with a loss of a Shiznit load of $$$$ and paul who shot him self in the left temple 2 times (Pretty good for a right handed guy  ) ... Both deaths are suspect ... Alot of stuff about david's death is a lil strange too .. But I know david felt ... KNEW he had to at paul funeral ... Paul was a part of david ... and noone was gonna stop david from being their ... Nether O nor god ... David wanted to be there and david was there ... This is my opinion anyways ... Judging by David attitude and Paul's ... Paul wouldn't mind ... and David obviously didn't ;D |

His tribute to Paul Williams was the song he sang at his funeral. Ruffin wasn't fake so the feelings were there for Paul. |

I think on one of the Tempts sites, it might be Salina's, where there is an article from '73 on Paul's death. It stated that David attempted to sing 'The Impossible Dream' but he broke down & couldn't continue. I guess that speaks to how Ruffin felt about Paul.
