I love Tammi Terrell. I have all of her solos & her two LPs that she did with Marvelous (((((Marvin Gaye)))))! Those two made magic together!

She always had a little bit of 'gruff' to her voice, if you get a chance to hear her early recordings. But when she came to Motown & hooked up with David, you can tell she picked up a few pointers from Ruff. JMO.

But when she came to Motown & hooked up with David, you can tell she picked up a few pointers from Ruff. JMO. LMAO @ Few pointers ... Everyone at MOTOWN learned from ruff ... ;D ... I woulda loved to be in detriot in the early 60's ;D
