I attended the shows in A.C. at the TROPICANA and i will tell you it was a mess.The lead singer MR.G.C.CAMERON, could not even hit notes known to the Temptations, just awful.OTIS and RON were trying to dance and shake like never before not!!!!!!!THE two of them were not even in step or on time just awful!!!!!!!!What's up with all the trying to dance since Harry left the group, they really looked stupid.You all want reviews well i am here to set the record straight.MR. TYSON and MR. WILLIAMS acted as though they were trying to compensate for something or someone missing, they sure did try hard but they couldn't succed. The night with the yellow suits was like a circus act!(THE SINGING WAS TERRIBLE)Terry i feel for you, because you did not seem to feel the vibes like you did before BO and HARRY left.Who was the absent BARITONE singer trying to sing in a bass voice??? The music was not even right.To really get down to it OTIS MESSED UP BIG TIME THIS TIME.I have been going to see the TEMPTS since i was a child, and i have never seen or heard them like this.......In keeping it real my opinion is that if you make changes they should be for thr better not worse...and they are worse really bad.....I will never attend another show with this lineup, it stinks in more ways then one...AND oh,what's with the pictures and t-shirts with Harry and BO'S'LIKENESS still on them? I WOULD GUESS THE ANSWER WOULD BE TO FOOL THE PUBLIC to still get ticket sales, very decieving!!!I DID NOT ENJOY THE SHOWS AT ALL THEY WERE OLD AND LOUSY, NOT TEMPTS STYLE AT ALL.

This is sad...somebody needs to tell the 'great business man' you should always leave the game on top! I think maybe Otis stayed at the fair a little too long. But I guess when you are still working after 40 years in the business, you must need the money bad! He should have been retired years ago and sitting somewhere on a hill...only touring when he feels like it. Man, he must really love what he's doing...especially if it's keeping a roof over his head!

No one is saying that the Tempts are not loved! People have different taste, likes and dislikes, this makes the world go round! What I don't understand and have a problem with is when someone gives a glowing review oh that is fine and dandie, but let someone say something different and right away all the hate pops out! What's wrong with that??? People can't disagree? Just because we didn't agree with your assessment (sp)doesn't mean that we or they don't love the tempts. I am quite sure they would appreciate any critique of their performance. To better themselves. Example, when one is getting ready for a night out and ask do this wig look ok or should I wear the ponytail instead....then the person would tell you what looks better, you either take the advice or not. That's all we are doing. Why can't we just respect the other's opinion!

Molly, this is the reason why I didn't support O's lineup in the first place. It is the so-called "fans or fanatics" that turn me off. If you don't agree with them, then they berate, belittle or alienate you because you ain't sayin it the way they want you too. As if they are the ONLY ones that are putting money in the Tempts pockets!!! The worst part is that some of them are "johnny come latelys" who never heard of the Tempts until the miniseries! I'm not surprised that things have spiraled out of control in O's group. It was bound to happen with the egos within & outside the group!

Hello Everyone: I've just gone through the posts on the show and the current lineup. Personally, the last time I saw their show was in Trump Plaza in AC, NJ about 7 years ago, and it was a tired act back then. There was no energy to it, and it seemed that the run was over. Personally, I like authenticity. That played a part of it. Who pays to see Otis? That is just torture esp. if you ever saw The Temps as they once were, the most talented group in show biz.[ Please note how I avoid personal opinions.] If Dennis came back, I'd see them again. But that would never happen, but I hope I'm wrong.

Thanks Outragous for posting the review, because i did not have time to post it again yet. I don't know you and have never met you, but i have been reading these boards for sometime.I know what you mean when you say that people can't express their opinions unless they are saying something that other people on these boards want to hear!! I have been attending the Tempts shows since i was a child and like i said this was the worse show that i have seen them perform, not for making mis-takes but just not good showmanship as entertainers......Some people will not tell the truth because they are (false pretenders)Yeah people that don't know any better would think that the show was good not!!!!!Joe the Baritone man could not even be heard. I had 3rd row seats and i saw and heard everything!!!!The show was not in good taste at all. Hello Everybody. We should know that anybody that actually admits to be a fan of Otis Williams would be very defensive. I still can't understand how Otis got fans,but I can understand a fan supporting. But to get mad and act all "ignant"is beyond me. Otis has ever been a good entertainer....NEVER!!!!!!! See people that have been Temp fans for years have certain expectations when they go see the Tempts. These new comers have no idea so they really have nothing to compare it with. But regardless everybody has a right to their own opinion! Evita you summed it up.
